Are you a fiduciary?

Yes. As a registered investment adviser, we are legally required to act in your best interest at all times. We do not earn commissions and do not receive compensation from product providers. Our only source of revenue is the fees paid directly by our clients.

How are you compensated?

We charge a fee based on assets under management. There are no commissions, no hidden fees, and no referral payments from third parties. You will always know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting in return.

What is your investment minimum?

Our typical minimum is $500,000 in investable assets for new relationships. We evaluate each situation individually, and minimums may vary depending on the complexity of the engagement.

Do you manage retirement accounts?

Yes. We manage IRAs, Roth IRAs, rollover IRAs, and other retirement accounts. We also provide guidance on 401(k) and 403(b) accounts held at employer plan providers, even when those accounts are not directly managed by us.

What does the onboarding process look like?

It begins with a conversation, no forms, no obligation. If we decide to move forward together, we will gather information about your current holdings, goals, and risk tolerance. From there we build a plan, present it to you, and implement it once you are comfortable with the direction.

How often will we communicate?

At minimum, we review client portfolios quarterly and provide written updates. Many clients prefer more frequent contact, and we are available by phone or email whenever questions come up. We do not believe in limiting access to your advisor.

Can you work with clients outside of California?

Yes. We are registered in California and work with clients in multiple states. If you are located outside California, we will confirm registration requirements in your state before beginning an engagement.
